We’ve used FTC for the past year and Alexis has been great. There’s so much cognitive unloading that goes into using a meal prep service and it’s nice to tailor it to your mood every week. We’re eating way more veggies than we normally would and have much less temptation to grab drive through on the way home because we know we have food at home waiting for us. Highly recommended for a busy family of professionals.

Chef Camille is amazing! We have had her for almost two years and enjoyed every meal. Her meals are delicious and our kids love them!

Chef Katie has changed our lives. Her services have helped our busy family spend more time together at the dinner table. She has been incredibly accommodating and has expanded our family's culinary horizons with her dishes. Her meals are creative, healthy and above all delicious. Every week she asks for feedback and takes that into account as we move forward with our weekly meals. She really has been a friend who cooks!

Nolen is the best! His food is creative and delicious and he is a pleasure to have in our house. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a great chef in the Nashville area.

I'll be honest I thought it was a little crazy at first. But I ran the numbers and then I tasted the food. If you have a family on a busy schedule, you need to really give this a try. The time we save on meals is spent with our kids, our family and friends. Our chef Bill is great. And the food, well, neither of the cooking adults in this house were going to come up with orange Dijon sauce, chicken cordon blue camp.... so its a win on so many levels.... We also pretty much stopped eating out. So while it feels decadent, I belive we have to be improving our nutrition as well.

Love FTC! Better than getting your nails done or a housekeeper! Worth it! With three boys, a busy schedule, and working as a realtor this service is a lifesaver! Alexis is a favorite in our home! This review is for all the busy families trying to feed their family balanced and delicious meals. Last spring, I found our family turning to fast food and local restaurant carry-out when our kid spring activities started filling every evening. Unsustainable. I knew we needed to get a plan for nutritious, easy to prep meals. Enter our fabulous chef, Mason. He does all of the heavy lifting. He decides for us (so kids don't argue over what we're eating) based on the criteria we've given him and our feedback on past meals he has made for us. He shops in our refrigerator and our pantry first (which is so nice to have stuff we've already bought get used) and then gets whatever else he needs at the store. One example is we had very ripe bananas that needed used and he used them for brownies. Then he makes our house smell amazing By doing all of the effort of prepping and cooking and cleaning up. He puts each meal in a family style disposable pan that can go in the oven and it makes dinner time SO MUCH EASIER in every possible way. One other note is we spend much less on groceries overall. We literally buy milk, fruit and granola bars and Mason does all the other shopping. Keeping us out of the grocery store has significantly decreased our overall spend on unnecessary groceries or groceries that don't get used. I'm extremely thankful to have found this service and feel fortunate to have our chef, Mason, who listens to our needs and sure knows how to create delicious food consistently! Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

We love Chef Evelyn! She has been a great blessing to our family of 6. Her food is great and she is very accommodating to our family's preferences and dietary restrictions. My young twins had a very restricted diet and she found ways to make the meals so that they could enjoy them too. She would also cut part of the meals into small pieces just for them, which helped me a lot. She can make a wide range of meals and is very easy about shifting things week-to-week based on our schedule and needs. She is very kind and courteous. I fully trust her in my home when I am not there. My husband and I talk regularly about how in this busy phase of our lives, Friends that Cook and Evelyn have been a life saver. Highly recommend!

We love Chef Damar! This week he even got my picky 4 year old asking for seconds with his chicken Pot Pie (a family favorite). Having him feed us delicious meals weekly has been a Godsend with a colicky newborn at home!
