Personal Chef Reviews

Got to shout out one of the hardest working Chefs at this company, Chef Damar Wilson. He is always surprising us with the best of the best. Today he cooked Gumbo, would have thought I was on Bourbon St in New Orleans. Thanks Chef Damar for taking such great care of my family.

Chef Nolen provided an amazing poolside lunch for our teaching faculty! The menu selections included a variety of fresh ingredients and catered to all dietary needs. What a way to start off our school year! Thank you, Chef Nolen. We look forward to making this a new tradition for our school.

Absolutely the right choice for our 2nd of July BBQ!! It was amazing and we (the host & hostess) were able to enjoy our own party finally! We would definitely recommend John the Chef!

I’m a busy professional and this was exactly what I needed! I’m a household of one and I work from home. I love knowing that groceries, meal planning, and cleaning up after cooking is taken care of and off my to-do list!

We were able to host a special evening at our home using Friend that Cooks. With a group of 14 that all have small children getting a night out is a rarity and restaurants aren't as intimate as someone's home. Chef Jessica made us a high end restaurant meal and an interactive experience that will not be forgotten anytime soon!

Hannah did an AMAZING job! Not only was her food fabulous looking and delicious, she was great at communication! Communication with your chef is almost as important as the food, ALMOST! We look forward to using your service, and specifically Hannah’s services again!

Chef Toni Ann has been wonderful to work with! Always so helpful and professional. Great at what she does. Couldn't have asked for a better person to have in our home and help us with our cooking needs. Would highly reccomend Toni Ann and friend that cooks!

Haven't tried Friend That Cooks yet? You don't know what you are missing. Chef Damar cooks up 4 hearty meals and a dessert for us each week and it never gets old. These aren't just basic meals, these are well thought out meals made with a lot of love and respect for his craft. I would recommend Chef Damar as the best Chef in the St. LOUIS AREA. He brings his A game every week. Thanks Chef Damar!
